Join Meredith Evangelisti and Cindy Lunsford for this week of fun, sun, sweat, yoga and nutrition at Amansala Eco-chic resort in Tulum. The retreat will include up to three classes per day as well as a few instructional and informational workshops on yoga and nutrition. Yoga classes will include Bikram Yoga, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Yoga Sculpt and Meditation.

Included:

2-3 classes daily including yoga & sculpt

3 workshops on nutrition, arm balancing and backbends

all meals which are delicious and healthy with the exception of one off site dinner
