Love Your Life Retreat
With Susanna Harwood Rubin, Hagar Harpak and Todd Tesen
March 18 - 24, 2017
Join us for a week of yoga that will guide you deeply into your relationship with your life. Immerse yourself in your Sadhana – your practices, your path, your commitment. Create a sacred ground – away from your mundane, day to day experiences, routines and familiarities – that will fertilize your connection to yourself. Through our satsangs and our practices of asana, pranayama, meditation, mantra, and mudra, you will explore your body, mind, and heart, and fall deeply in love with the life you will return to at the end of the week.
You will be supported and cared for by the structure of our days together. Guided by three teachers and close friends who have been on a path of deep study together for over a decade, you will also have the freedom to explore, play, or rest as you wish. We will take you on a heart filled, somatic, intellectual journey, enriched with myth and philosophy that will inspire your practice and enliven your spirit. Away from your obligations, you will be guided to deepen your focus on that which has most value and meaning to you, hold space for the entirety of you, and open the channels of your creativity and authenticity.
We are so thrilled to go on an adventure together, and delighted to invite you to join us in this gorgeous environment, with the ocean and the sand nurturing our souls, and delicious food nourishing our bodies.
Our retreat is not an invitation to escape. The complexity of your humanity and your daily living will still be there when you get back. Instead, this retreat offers you the opportunity to discover, cultivate, and nurture your own tools for working the garden of self. Take a deep breath and a step back to reflect, listen, and contemplate. Exhale the stress of your daily responsibilities, release into a full experience of your complex self, and leap forward into your life rejuvenated, inspired, and empowered.
