WTP Fusion Yoga with (Sara Rhinelander) WTP

What if we could make the very process of living our resting place? Creating a kinder, more genuine & purposeful relationship within ourselves and with life, while staying in alignment with our truest essence.
Yoga is also a moment by moment practice that can be incorporated into every part of our lives with the exploration of living our yoga through sankalpa, or what speaks most true to our soul… our greatest intention…beyond the fluctuating whims of feelings and emotions.
We will use self study to discover Svadharma.. our own unique path… learning to show up each moment using our voices, minds, hearts & gifts to contribute our best self to the whole in our own unique way.
This retreat will include:
Daily yoga sessions with Sara
Accommodations – select from the various room types
All meals except for one dinner which will be off site
A massage
A tour to explore a local amazing site
A Mayan Clay meditation led beachside
We will use whatever speaks to us: journaling, art, meditation, mantra, nature and/or music, to reconnect & restore; along with breath work (pranayama) and asana to develop a sequential course of action that tends to each part (mind, body, spirit) in the most constructive way.
We will create tools to tap into our intuitive source often, staying in alignment with what uniquely works best us… making it a practice to check in and readjust as the need arises.
We will fashion a template that can be modified as needed, based on our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual requirements at any given point that will allow us to more consciously navigate along our path.
Each day we will choose asana practices & activities that will calm our minds, build our strength and increase our flexibility. We will learn to push ourselves when we need challenge and to dial it back when we need rest.
Our ultimate aim being to construct our day to day life where each moment becomes the embodiment of the most beneficial balance for us, physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
Daily Class Offerings:
Morning 9 AM
Empowered Core Centric Vinyasa – This is a faster pace multi-level vinyasa class focused on using our breath & intention to connect with our source, physically and otherwise. We will transition through variations of postures… creating a functional connection with our core (bandhas & midline). There will be lots of options; to add layers of challenge (inversions & arm balances for all levels) points of pause or to powerfully stand firm in the foundational postures themselves. Always staying in alignment with whatever needs arises, moment by moment.
Afternoon 4 PM
Rest and Revamp; Recover Yoga- A sequential rest and revamp; purposeful exploration of breath, movement, & intention designed as a compliment after a more challenging workout, a difficult day, or when a more gentle, simpler practice is what you crave.
Students Choice: A Mysore yoga practice where the student can ask questions and explore any number of postures, transitions, meditation etc. on a deeper level on their own or with specific guidance.
* This will begin as a discussion on the welcome day, and then to set the intention of the retreat so each student can begin this creation of their template for their practice, meditation, activities, etc.
They will be instructed to bring a journal, and/or anything else they would like to tap into their intuitive source (musical instrument, art supplies, ect).
