I am a tenured group fitness instructor, current Warrior Strength Master Trainer, and previous Beachbody Live Master Trainer. I hold my ACE Certification in Group Exercise and numerous specialty certifications in everything from indoor cycling, to step, cardio, strength, TRX, cardio kickboxing, and Mind/Body formats. I have a Masters in Social Work and Bachelors of Arts in Psychology that I put to good use as a Health Coach with Noom. And prior to entering the fitness industry, I spent 15 years overseeing and providing training and assistance on implementation of Federal Program Evaluations. I spend my time away from the group fitness room with my husband, 2 kids and 2 dogs. We love skiing in the winter, camping in the summer, spending time tending our yard and garden, and love a day (or night) filled with good food and good friends.ALL ACCOMMODATIONS INCLUDE:

The standard camp is 6 days which are a combination of beach walks, fitness classes, yoga, pampering, healthy eating and time to relax on the beautiful white sandy beach.

Days are a combination of beach workout, moving one’s body, yoga, healthy eating, relaxing and exploring. Each day begins with journal writing followed by a stretch on the beach, beach-walk and beach workout, a one hour power walk, and then varies from there to include a high-energy cardio workout, some sort of sculpt, yoga, as well as other activities that may include an inspiring salsa, African or belly dance class, an insightful meditation session or an informative presentation on the local culture, area or nutrition.
