Retreat Cancellation Policy *	I have read and agree to Amansala's cancellation policyI have read and agree to the terms of use and authorize Casa de Agua (d.b.a. Amansala Eco Chic Resort and Retreat) to charge my credit card to secure my reservation - full payment is required to secure your reservation. The charge will be identified on my credit card statement as *RG Amansala**. Please process my payment in order to confirm my reservation. I understand that Cancellations 30 days prior to the event will incur a 25 % penalty of what was paid. Cancellations up to 2 weeks prior to your arrival date, will be refunded 50 %. Cancellations within 14 days of your arrival, are non-refundable. In the event of a natural disaster, such as a hurricane, Casa de Agua may, at its sole discretion, apply previously received payments for an existing reservation, to a future reservation if the start date of the future reservation is within one year of the start date of the canceled reservation. No refunds will be issued for reservations canceled due to a natural disaster - we may offer credit only, for a future reservation. Casa de Agua, their employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates, do not own or operate any entity which provides goods or services for your trip including, for example, lodging facilities, transportation companies, food service providers, equipment suppliers, etc. As a result, Casa de Agua is not liable for any negligent or willful act of any other third party. I hereby agree to be responsible for my own welfare and accept any and all risks of delay, unanticipated events, inconvenience, illness, injury, emotional trauma or death. I hereby release and discharge Casa de Agua from and against any and all liability from my participation in the trip.
